Jack J. Brady

Jack Brady is a partner in the Toledo law firm of Brady, Coyle & Schmidt, Ltd., where he practices in the areas of commercial and criminal litigation, estate and business planning, corporate law, and emerging businesses.

Mr. Brady is a graduate of the University of Toledo (B.B.A., 1980), and the University of Toledo College of Law (1983). Mr. Brady is licensed to practice in Ohio, and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Michigan, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Toledo Bar Association, the American Association of Trial Lawyers, the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyer, and the University of Toledo Alumni Association. From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Brady served as the Chairman of the Board of the Court Diagnostic and Treatment Center.
